Know My Worth 
Thank you! This post spoke to me because I have been struggling for a while since my demotion at work. I know that I am not defined by that particular role I do in any organization. I am so much more than just my career. However, coming to work everyday and not being a manager, has been a hard pill to swallow because I loved that doing the job.
